2. Service Description
RTS AI provides a subscription platform for trading automation on MetaTrader 5 (MT5). The service includes providing a monthly activation code to run the automated trading bot with risk management tools.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
4. Accounts and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Each account is linked to one device only.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
All payments are made via USDT TRC20. Subscriptions are monthly and do not auto-renew. After admin approval of payment, you will receive an activation code valid for 30 days.
6. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital services, we do not offer refunds after license code activation. Please ensure you understand the service before subscribing.
7. Limitation of Liability
RTS AI is not responsible for any financial losses resulting from trading. Trading in financial markets involves high risk, and the user is solely responsible for their investment decisions.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights of the platform and bot are reserved by RTS AI. Copying, distributing, or modifying any part of the software without written permission is prohibited.
9. Service Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time if you violate these terms or if we believe your use harms the platform or other users.
10. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. You will be notified of material changes via email or notification on the platform.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable laws. Any dispute arising from these terms will be resolved according to appropriate legal procedures.
